Initially, the plan was to hike a fourteener today, Mt. Elbert, the highest peak in Colorado at 14,433 feet above sea level. Unfortunately, my feet fell off, literally, because of soggy blisters, before we hit 11,000 feet. So, instead we went and rode some awesome Alpine slides and grabbed lunch with a friend. Though we didn’t hike enough to be sore, I was super tired, so I was pleasantly surprised that some of this dance felt alright. I need to start pulling some tricks in these dances, or try spin pole, but I felt pretty good about my static spins here, and feeling moderately confident about anything in this freestyle challenge is a huge win. YAY WINS!!!
Activities: Hiking up and down 1000ish vertical feet.
